Maximus is currently looking for a Remote Survey Analyst. As a Survey Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting survey data to provide actionable insights. Your contributions will support strategic decision-making within our organization. You'll work with cross-functional teams, communicate findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting.
- Design database reports based on the requestor's requirements in support of key business strategies.
- Perform queries, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to provide reporting solutions.
- Monitor customer usage, upgrades, and reporting tools; monitor queries and ensure security of various components.
- Create user guides and train on use of database reports, as necessary.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and prepare data to analyze trends and operational activity as necessary for all survey project areas including but not limited to Medicare, Marketplace, and Web Chat.
• Collaboration and Tool Development: Work collaboratively with analysts and CCO partners to create tools to collect data and provide expertise and insight.
• Reporting: Develop, generate, and maintain reports from data analysis for the CCO and CMS. Generate reports in accordance with schedules and provide reports, background information, and report summaries for internal and external use.
• Strategic Guidance: Offer suggestions and direction from survey team analysis to help guide CCO and CMS decision-makers.
• Problem Solving: Help troubleshoot survey and data-related problems.
• Project Management: Support accuracy and timeliness of reports in compliance with contract and project requirements. Utilize telecommunications, state systems, Siebel CRM, and other databases as needed.
• Onboarding: Facilitate CSR Survey Onboarding for new CSRs.
• Communication: Create and edit a wide variety of unique external communications materials with tailored messages based on analyses of target audiences and business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that internal communications are clear and meet corporate brand standards. Advise management on strategies to leverage communications materials in a manner that helps achieve business objectives.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete ad hoc requests as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Statistics).
• Basic proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and other relevant data analysis tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with call center and healthcare policies are a plus, but not required.
This position requires work to be performed during the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Time.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.
Home office requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet service
Minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds
The 6 month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances: employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
