About the Job

Be able to function as a scrub technician for obstetrical cases
Prepares and maintains sterile field
Anticipates surgeons needs during procedures
Reporting changes in patients' condition to the RN and providing emotional support to patients and their families
Provide secretarial support at the department's main desk, complete birth certificates in the VIP system, order supplies, and maintain surgical suite's supplies and equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
Scrub for cesarean sections, laceration repairs, and retained placenta. Maintains sterile technique for OR cases. Follows AORN guidelines. Maintains stocking and ordering of supplies for the OR.
Provide secretarial support at the department's, main desk, complete birth certificates, order supplies, and maintain surgical suite's supplies and equipment
