About the role: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our oncology team. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, thrives under pressure, and has experience with oncology procedures and safety protocols.

About the role: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our oncology team. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, thrives under pressure, and has experience with oncology procedures and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor chemotherapy, following safety protocols.
- Track patient vitals and provide supportive care during treatment.
- Collect and process lab samples (blood, urine, etc.).
- Assist with diagnostic imaging (X-rays, CT, MRI).
- Educate and support pet owners on treatment and home care.
- Prepare patients for procedures and monitor recovery.
- Maintain detailed medical records and treatment logs.
- Manage inventory and maintain oncology equipment.
- Follow strict infection control protocols.
- Collaborate closely with veterinary team for patient care.
Qualifications:
- Certification: RVT preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years in veterinary medicine
Schedule:
- Mon-Wed and Sat or Sun
- Full-Time
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $26 - $34/ hr
