Surgical Sales Specialist – Biologics

My client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Specialist to assist the sales team by developing new business opportunities and growing sales within their assigned territory. This role involves promoting and selling products specifically within the hospital operating room (OR) and surgery setting. You will focus on achieving or exceeding sales revenue targets, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to surgeons and hospital staff. The ideal candidate has a high level of clinical knowledge and experience that will assist the team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and meet/exceed sales quotas
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the OR and surgical settings
- Support business growth strategies and collaborate with team to identify new opportunities
- Assist in OR and surgical cases to ensure proper product usage
- Educate surgeons on the usage, benefits, and value of the products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Licensed BSN or RN preferred but not required
- Experience in an ASR role within trauma, tissue, and/or orthopedics
- Clinical understanding of products and ability to educate surgeons during procedures
- Knowledge of hospital systems and credentialing processes a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & CRM
- Ability to travel 60%+ within the territory
Offering:
- Base Salary $90,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan $165,000 – $190,000
