CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group is searching for a fellowship trained Adult Reconstructive Hip & Knee Physician to join our London Practice. The Candidate will join our orthopedic service line practicing in an inpatient and outpatient environment. The ideal Candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Essential Duties:

• Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities
• Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards
• Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility
• Educate patients on both clinical and managed care
• Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate
• Function as an effective clinic team member
• Meet productivity standards
• Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information

Qualifications

Education:

• Successful completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
• Successful completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Adult Reconstructive Fellowship
• Focus on routine and complex replacement and revision surgeries
• Interest in periprosthetic joint infections

License/Certification:

• Kentucky License/Eligible
• DEA
• AAC certification
• Board certification or active participation in the examination process

Pay Range
$281.00 - $467.00 /hour
