Job Description: The Surety Bond Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating surety bond transactions for our valued clients. This individual will leverage their expertise in surety bonds to effectively handle client inquiries, interact with insurance carriers and agents, and ensure the seamless execution of bonding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge and understanding of surety bonds to meet clients' specific bonding needs.
- Interact proactively with clients, insurance carriers, and agents to address surety requests promptly and accurately.
- Assist agents and clients in navigating daily bonding requirements, including the receipt and review of contracts and bond requests for accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate the exchange of necessary information between clients and underwriters to secure timely approvals.
- Ensure the timely and accurate issuance and delivery of requested bonds to clients.
- Handle bond requests, prepare bid bonds, and oversee invoicing processes efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.
- Possess or work towards obtaining a 440 or 220 license (Nice to have).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling surety bonds.
- Proficient understanding of surety bond processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, carriers, and agents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review contracts and bond requests thoroughly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid FL Driver's license with willingness to travel for client meetings across Florida.
