Supv Back Office - UF Health

Overview:Under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Operations Manager, or Ambulatory Administrator, supervises and coordinates the day-to-day clinic activities and personnel issues for the front office staff located in the ambulatory setting. Participates with and acts as a liaison in conjunction with the Medical Director and the Ambulatory Operations Manager/Director with all other hospital departments and patients.Qualifications:

Required Education: Associates degree Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree Required Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical ambulatory setting (Physicians office, etc.) Preferred Experience: 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. One-year computer experience with HBOC or IDX. Experience with spreadsheet and word processing programs. Supervision: Yes; Number of Employees Supervised 5-10
