I’m seeking Multiple Supporting Staff in Pittsburgh PA, open positions below that need to be filled in a law firm environment.

100% in Office

Compensation – $50,000- $80,000- Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law

• 3 years (SOLID) experience - Litigation Paralegal
  
  
  
  • Paralegal certificate is required.
  • Responsible for all State and Federal Court e-filings
  • Responsible for organization of file
  • Experience with MyCase case management software
  
  
• 3 years (SOLID) experience -Litigation Paralegal
  
  
  
  • Paralegal certificate is required.
  • Support Attorneys handling suits and claims relating to automobile accidents, construction disputes, product liability and workers' compensation matters
  • Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc
  
  
• 3 years (SOLID) experience -Creditors' Rights Paralegal
  
  
  
  • Strong experience in debt collection, foreclosure, and/or tax collection weighed heavily.
  • Reviewing documents and investigating facts, preparing correspondence and legal documents, scheduling court appearances, and communicating with clients
  • This position requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities and operate autonomously when necessary.
  
  
• 3 years (SOLID) experience – Accountant
  
  
  
  • Law firm environment experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of business banking, A/R, A/P general ledger accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or related field
  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems administration.  
  • Paylocity system experience a plus.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing new software programs.
  
  
• 3 years (SOLID) experience - Law Firm Billing and Collection Specialist
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in an accounting role within a professional services setting
  • Position consists of billing, electronic billing, collections and receivables so accounting, billing, M/S excel experience are the primary requirements
