We are hiring a Support Specialist - Receptionist - to work at a utilities facility in Green Bay, WI.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist employees and visitors, in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming calls and take appropriate action.
- Monitor and respond to email requests.
- Monitor and manage physical security work order system and fulfill and response appropriately or redirect work order tickets to appropriate service group.
- Take ownership of the work space to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
- Act as a primary resource for internal customer and vendor physical access badge requests or related questions
- Management of the employee and visitor badging/ID system/software (creation/termination/data entry/etc)
- Respond to incidents including property emergencies.
- Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
- Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to access badges and field IDs.
- Prepare and distribute reports.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
- Provide assistance with administrative duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications of Support Specialist:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years prior satisfactory employment in a front desk/admin role or directly related experience. Must be at least 20 years of age.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Wisconsin PSP, including state accredited training requirements.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-Orientated Skills: Attention to detail, organizing tasks, ability to multi-task, analytical skills, accuracy of work
Other Qualifications: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must maintain a working telephone number though which we can contact you.
Valid Driver’s License.
Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.;
Salary & Benefits: Compensation is $19.50 per hour plus paid time off and paid holidays. Disability and dental benefits are provided and eye care is also available. To obtain initial eligibility you must first have three (3) months of contributions made on your behalf.
