We are seeing a Support Staff to join our team! This position will provide continuous daily supportive servicesfor the Northern Pines Aitkin OutpatientOffice.This role will support both Northern Pines clients and staff.

This is a Part-time position working approximately 15 hours per week. Shifts are from 3pm - 8pm, Tuesday - Thursday.

Essential Functions include:

• Effectively utilize necessary technology (computer, email, electronic health record system, fax machine, copier, multiple line phone) to complete tasks
• Interact with clients and staff in a professional manner
• Welcome and direct all visitors of the Maple Street office
• General clerical duties may include but are not limited to: filing, scanning documents, answering phones, directing calls, administering forms, confirming appointments, distributing mail, maintaining lobby area, and assisting clinicians with various requests
• Answer and route calls through the centralized call system
• Assist with client intakes as needed
• Assist Health Information department with collection, filing, and termination of client files as needed

Qualifications include:

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi task, pay close attention to details, work in a fast-paced environment and work independently at times
• Ability to lift 60lbs on an occasional basis
• Sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Travel is a function of this position; a valid driver's license is required
