About the Role
We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team. This individual will work closely with customers to troubleshoot integrations, provide technical solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI agents. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, highly resourceful, and passionate about solving real-world problems in AI and SaaS.
As a Support Engineer, you will ensure seamless experiences for customers while optimizing technical performance across our platform.
Responsibilities
- Integration Support:
- Troubleshoot integration issues between our platform and third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, APIs).
- Customer Collaboration:
- Work with the Customer Success team to provide technical solutions to client challenges, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- AI Agent Optimization:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to our AI agents' functionality and performance.
- Problem-Solving:
- Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues efficiently, minimizing impact on customers.
- Development Contributions:
- Write scripts, create tools, and make backend adjustments to streamline integrations and optimize platform performance.
- Knowledge Sharing:
- Document common issues and solutions to enhance team knowledge and improve processes.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Python Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Python is required.
- AWS Experience:
- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3) for cloud-based troubleshooting and improvements.
- API Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration workflows.
- Debugging Skills:
- Ability to debug and resolve complex issues in production systems.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical support, software engineering, or related role.
- Hands-on experience working with SaaS applications and technical integrations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL and databases for querying and debugging.
- Experience in home service or customer-focused industries.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
