Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team at Transwall. The Sales Support Coordinator holds a crucial role in streamlining the order assignment process by gathering critical information required for order initiation, contributing to the reduction of lead times, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and relevant departments to facilitate the smooth flow of information.
- Work closely with Logistics, Estimating, Project Management, and other relevant departments to relay critical order details and specifications.
- Communicate with the sales team to clarify any ambiguities and prevent potential delays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to collect all necessary details and documentation required for order assignment.
- Process Improvement:
- Create and maintain ordered files, including customer information, product specifications, and any special requirements relevant.
- Continuously assess and refine the order assignment process to enhance efficiency and shorten lead times within the context of the system.
- Documentation Compliance:
- Ensure that all orders comply with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support or a similar coordinating role within commercial interiors, manufacturing, or construction industries.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in information gathering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with order processing systems and CRM software is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Pay:
- $22-$30/ hour
