Piper Companies is looking for a Support Analyst to join an petrochemical organization based out of southern Philadelphia. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Essential Duties of the Support Analyst:
- Desktop/application support
- Install, configure VoIP devices
- Handle internal, Tier I tickets
Qualifications of the Support Analyst:
- 2-3 years Help Desk/ Desktop Support Experience
- A+, Network + certifications are a plus
- Desire to learn and grow in career
- Candidate must pass a drug screen and background check
Compensation for the Support Analyst:
- $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
- Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
