- Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications
- Perform material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance or production shops
- Process and expedite supply transactions
- Oversee property utilization
- Dispatch vehicles
- Ensure appropriate and resourceful movement of trucks, buses, vans and sedans consistent with schedules
- Schedule and dispatch vehicles to proper locations to fulfill customer requests and requirements according to written schedules and work orders
- Maintain drivers work records
- Track and maintain records of mileage, fuel use, and repairs
- Arrange for repairs
- Manage inventory and storage of decentralized and decontrolled supplies and equipment
- Contact representatives of commercial firms to obtain information on new items
- Determine requirements and forecast needs
- Distribute and redistribute material
- Obtain procurement authorization
- Develop an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced
- Utilize established supply management regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Use and care for equipment properly following all safety requirements
- Use technology for the completion of specified job duties
- Attend work regularly according to assigned work schedule
- Wear ID badge(s) at all times while performing work under this contract
- Follow instructions
- Attend and participate in all meetings and activities to facilitate professional development
- Work cooperatively with others in a positive, enthusiastic, respectful, and courteous manner
- Pass and comply with rules for the site, security and safety guidelines, and Chimes District of Columbia Rules for the Workplace, and ensure others do the same

- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs. regularly and over as needed
- Ability to work in dusty spaces or adverse weather conditions
- Ability to see details on the floor, above the head, or on surfaces

Other requirements:
- Valid driver's license from state of residence and ability to drive
- License must have been valid for at least 3 years
- Acceptable driving record as determined by Agency's insurance carrier and by Chimes DC policies and procedures
- Candidates with disabilities preferred
- Top Secret Clearance Required and maintained
- US Citizenship required
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of safety and environmental requirements associated with tasks performed
- Knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals or other established guidelines
Experience:
- Experience in all phases of supply operations preferred
- Experience in US Army Supply
