The Devices Supply Chain organization at Microsoft is seeking a Supply Chain Technology Lead. In this ever changing Supply Chain landscape we not only want to better our own Supply Chain but help advance the industry by leveraging the latest technology to provide the next generation of Supply Chain solutions. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities for this role include** : + Build a technology map for the latest supply chain solutions in the marketplace, how they could benefit Microsoft and how they are evolving + Work with portfolio companies to understand bespoke solutions, the opportunities and challenges of same and potential use cases for Supply Chain + Work with industry bodies to understand the latest direction in terms of technology and solutions and present how Microsoft is leveraging for our own Devices Supply Chain + Manage and facilitate Proofs of Concept as required to better understand potential opportunities + Work with D365 and Azure solutions teams internally to understand direction and potential of Microsoft Supply Chain solutions and applicability to the devices Supply Chain + Leverage existing relationships with our Partner Eco-system to leverage best practice but also understand current technology maps and solution development + Be responsible for aligning the Technology Map with the strategic initiatives for the Devices Supply Chain + Build the outside - in view of Supply Chain technology and solutions **Qualifications** **Mandatory Qualifications:** + 10+yrs of relevant experience of supply chain, technological understanding and growth mindset + Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or engineering + Ability to think disruptively, challenge the status quo and be comfortable with ambiguity **Preferred Qualifications:** + Exceptional ability to impact and influence stakeholders, partners and supply chain leadership + Demonstrated experience driving global programs while understanding the multicultural implications of global business and processes + Demonstrated ability to think strategically + Strong facilitation and consensus building skills + Demonstrated executive communication/presentation skills Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
