SUPPLY CHAIN TECH - Spherion

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supply Chain Tech to join our team in Lafayette, LA. In this crucial role, you will help support the efficient operation of a hospital by processing and distributing essential supplies and equipment to various departments.

Position: Supply Chain Tech
Location: Lafayette, LA
Shift: Mid Shift - 5x8-Hour (3:00 pm-11:30 pm)
Salary: $13/hr
Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and process materials, equipment, and supplies delivered to the hospital
Ensure shipments are accurately recorded, including checking bills of lading and visually inspecting items
Maintain supply levels by restocking and rotating medical supplies and equipment
Assist with decontaminating reusable medical supplies
Support the inventory process, performing cycle counts, and managing special requests
Handle general housekeeping duties within assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized environment

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Must pass background check and drug screening
Must be fully vaccinated to work in a hospital setting
Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand and move for long periods, as well as lift and carry heavy materials
