Meta is looking for a Supply Chain Solutions Technical Lead to join our Supply Chain Solutions team focused on architecting, designing, and enabling solutions for Meta’s Infrastructure Supply Chain & Engineering group, transforming our global, mega-scale supply chain. The candidate will have leadership experience in scaling Supply Chain Transformations, both from a business and technical perspective, as well as proven successful implementations of best-in-class processes and tools across the Supply Chain functions: Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Ordering, Fulfillment, and Return. Working across multiple business verticals and functional dimensions, you will be successful by developing Supply Chain strategies, turning them into business models and leading implementation. Supply Chain Solutions Technical Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring quality delivery and expected outcomes. This includes gathering business requirements, developing process flows, developing proofs of concept, architecting/designing the solution, configuring, executing testing, launching the processes/tools, supporting hypercare, and actively participating in change management (training, communication, etc).
- Proactively engage with business stakeholders, operations leads and Subject Matter Experts, to understand their strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs for transforming their supply chain.
- Develop strategies to transform Meta's processes and tools in relation to Product Lifecycle Management, Master Data Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Return.
- Partner with Enterprise Products, Engineering, external partners and other relevant teams to develop an E2E go forward solutions architecture that integrates across Meta, to address the business priorities.
- Develop, maintain and evolve a related Supply Chain solutions roadmap that best suits business priorities while enabling the go forward architecture.
- Build consensus and alignment across different business models and stakeholders.
- Establish clear metrics for Programs/Projects and drive continuous measurement and improvements.
- Influence key leaders, and stakeholders to prioritize transformation, efficiency and optimization programs to enable them to run their business processes.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate complex assignments where results and decisions impact multiple functions.
- Proactively identify risks/dependencies/issues and establish action plans for execution.
- Contribute to community through organizational efforts to build and sustain diversity, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and/or development programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15+ years of experience in architecting, designing, building, testing, and deploying E2E Supply Chain Solutions (ERP, SCM, PLM, etc) across one or more of the supply chain functions and across industries.
- In-depth experience and thought leadership across multiple Supply Chain Management and ERP Applications including Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement.
- Proven experience in identifying problem statements, building the business case, and structuring critical programs with clear and measurable goals and milestones.
- Demonstrated partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define, drive, and influence supply chain strategy, roadmaps, and programs.
- Experience executing against the strategy and managing through obstacles and ambiguity.
- Proven experience creating and following a structured communication strategy to keep internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- In-depth experience and thought leadership across other Supply Chain Solutions including Product Lifecycle Management, Supplier Collaboration, Sourcing, and Purchasing.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle, Agile, Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma (Green or Black), Lean, Value Stream Mapping, and applying principles to Data Center Infrastructure supply chain processes and tools.
- Experience architecting and implementing supply chain solutions for Hyperscalers.
