Role Supply chain Project Manager
Relationships:
Manages relationships with Sales Field team members
Engages with vendor Customer Service team members
Engages with vendor and client Supply Chain and Systems teams
Develops strong overview of Demonstration Loans Program and drives Process, Tool and business flow improvements
Develops and delivers Demonstration Loans Program communications to Sales for the Americas region
Ensures high field satisfaction with program through survey follow up and proactive training
Aligns processes with colleagues in other regions
Identifies Sales Process, Tools and Training opportunities
Engages and represents Sales with cross-functional teams
Monitors regional reports to understand Demonstration Loan performance and trends
Leads additional global projects / initiatives relating to field engagement which require cross functional partnerships
Supports high-level escalations, performing root cause analysis and driving process improvement discussions to ensure ongoing field satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Develops and delivers Demonstration Loans Program communications to Sales for the AMERICAS region
Ensures high field satisfaction with program through survey follow up and proactive training
Develops strong overview of Demonstration Loans Program and drives Process, Tool and business flow improvements

Identifies Sales Process, Tools and Training opportunities
Engages and represents Sales with cross-functional teams
Monitors regional reports to understand Demonstration Loan performance and trends

Technical Skills:
Excellent ENGLISH written and spoken (essential)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
Excel to intermediate level e.g. trending analysis, reports etc (essential)
Developing and redesigning business processes and presentation skills (essential)
Typically requires 5+ years customer service experience, including 2+ years of project management or team lead experience
Soft Skills:
Above average interpersonal and relationship skills
High levels of customer orientation and service excellence
Efficient collaborative skills with internal / external customers and cross functional teams
Ability to prioritize and capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
