About the Job
A Supply Chain Professional 3 supports Logistics Center of Excellence initiatives through data analytics, process improvement, and KPI development. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and collaboration skills to support these responsibilities.
Responsibilities:• Working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Procurement, Engineering, Packaging team, Supply Chain Industrial Engineers, other Logistics functions and plants.
• Support Logistics Center of Excellence (COE) efforts to drive governance and process improvement throughout the Logistics and Supply Chain group.
• Develop, measure and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Logistics and Supply Chain group.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and root causes and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Work closely with business owners to support digital roadmap path forward.
• Create and maintain visual metric dashboards to support Logistics COE. Automate current reporting processes.
• Identify and follow-up on opportunities for improvement across Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Ability to scrub data sets by editing, normalizing, scaling and aggregating data into usable formats for analysis.
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 1 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
- At least 5 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience

• Strong knowledge of Logistics and Transportation processes preferred
• Experience conducting VSM and Kaizen sessions, including utilization of process mapping tools such as BlueWorks Live or Visio.
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Experience working with large data sets and ability to interpret analytical results
• Skilled communicator and collaborator
• Experience creating and monitoring KPIs, including proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar
• Strategic thinking and roadmap development
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL or Python, including knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and statistical analysis techniques and software
• Database management – experience with database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, Hadoop, or Azure
• Experience with automation of processes
