About the Job
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Supply Chain & PLM Business System Analyst, to work in San Jose, CA.
Pay Rate: $75 - $77/ hr on W2
$85 - $87/ hr on C2C
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and propose technological solutions addressing business needs, enhancing process efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Lead the implementation of supply chain management systems, configuring software to meet business requirements and integrating it with existing systems.
- Coordinate testing of new systems and features, ensuring they meet business needs without disrupting operations. Manage deployment across the supply chain network.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for users on new systems and features. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor implemented solutions' performance, identifying and addressing issues or areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between supply chain operations and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Lead the change management process for the supply chain team, providing training and support for users transitioning to the new system.
Skills:
- Proven experience in supply chain or business system analyst roles, with strong techno-functional expertise in SAP and Siemens Teamcenter.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), Direct Procurement, and their integration with SAP and Siemens Teamcenter.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design technological solutions that improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in leading system implementation and configuration, coordinating testing and deployment, and providing training and support to users.
- Strong skills in performance monitoring and issue resolution, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to liaise between supply chain operations and IT teams effectively.
- Leadership in change management processes, facilitating user transition and adoption of new systems and processes.
