Essential Functions of the Job:
- Learn daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual responsibilities of a Master Scheduler.
- The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing the detailed production plan (MPS) and coordinates the plan relative to the budget & forecast using customer demand, desired inventory levels, and customer forecast.
- A Master Scheduler is in constant communication with Business Management, Materials, & Manufacturing to ensure they are connecting all the necessary information to support the business.
- Document current processes; identify ways to automate & streamline processes allowing for immediate implementation.
- Processes include exporting report(s) from ERP system(AS400), and compiling into multiple excel files that are used by all departments throughout the organization to ensure all goals are achieved as well as identifying problems/concerns before they occur.

Education:
- Junior or Senior status in college working towards a bachelor's degree
- Actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field (Supply Chain/Operations Management Preferred)
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel & access, experience with Power BI a plus
Physical & Environmental Factors:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee generally works indoors within the office and manufacturing areas. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate or loud. Also, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or to hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which require the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holder] or have refugee or asylee status.
**Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.
Pay Range: $25/hour.
