OVERVIEW
The Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain and is responsible for supporting all activities across Procurement and Supply Chain. Directly responsible for all procurement, demand and supply planning processes for the business. This role will support existing business and new project initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain. This position is also responsible for improving ways of working and looking at all functional tools that enable the department’s efficiency.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Develop and maintain demand & supply plans based on current demands and marketing efforts.
- · Deploy and manage all Purchase orders for finished goods, labels and other materials as needed for approved co-manufactures and suppliers.
- · Production Liaison for co-manufacturers for short- and long-term forecasts, production schedules, change management and other business needs.
- · Work with internal departments to solve supplier issues, handle supplier changes and support new item introduction/discontinuations.
- · Manage, develop, and own reporting for supplier performance metrics and forecast accuracy for S&OP reporting.
- · Departmental owner of item master data and new item set up in ERP and with other fulfillment/distribution partners.
- · Manage kit building needs and processes for inventory availability.
- · Support entries, reporting and analytics for end of month accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
Qualifications and Experience
- · 4-6 years of experience in Consumer Product Goods and/or Direct to Consumer space
- · Detailed oriented with strong communication skills
- · Expertise in Microsoft Office
- · Strong analytical abilities, extensive skills in spreadsheet analysis, and strong mathematical abilities.
- · ERP System Knowledge required, SAP Business One Knowledge a plus
