What You’ll Do:

As an Inventory & Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine by:

• Maintaining records of invoices and shipments to track product replenishment needs.
• Using supply chain software to forecast weekly and monthly demand.
• Designing and implementing inventory tracking systems for seamless control.
• Monitoring stock levels and documenting shipments and deliveries.
• Crafting detailed reports on inventory operations, adjustments, and stock levels.
• Ordering new supplies while minimizing surplus and inefficiencies.
• Sourcing quality materials at cost-effective prices, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Coordinating logistics for inbound and outbound shipments to meet deadlines.
• Identifying optimal transportation solutions to prevent delays and damages.
• Supporting the Factory Manager with safety and efficiency initiatives.
• Practicing safe work habits and fostering a culture of workplace safety.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a go-getter with the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• 3-5 years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to develop and implement innovative ideas.
• Preferred experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with temperature variations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A team player with a can-do attitude, ready to assist in other roles as needed.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for training and development opportunities.
