What You'll Be Doing:

?? Lead the Charge in Supply Planning:

• Partner with Sales, Production, and Engineering to create schedules that ensure 100% on-time delivery — no exceptions!
• Overcome supply chain hurdles and secure multiple sources for critical materials, ensuring nothing holds us back.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans that keep things running smoothly, from USM programs to feedstock core management

?? Drive Procurement Excellence:

• Develop and implement best-in-class purchasing policies that align with industry standards and keep us compliant.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, locking in the best pricing, terms, and quality to optimize our bottom line.
• Manage inventory like a pro, balancing customer needs with inventory optimization to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.

?? Build Strong Supplier Relationships:

• Manage key suppliers and drive performance by fostering mutually beneficial partnerships
• Travel to supplier sites to strengthen relationships, troubleshoot, and solve challenges before they become issues.
• Analyze supplier data to find cost savings, boost efficiency, and reduce risk — all while ensuring top-notch quality.

?? Lead, Mentor, and Inspire:

• Lead a talented team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
• Develop your team by providing mentorship, training, and the tools they need to thrive.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or MRO services, with a deep understanding of supply chain management.
• Expertise with ERP systems (we love Pentagon) and a solid grasp of inventory control and procurement processes.
• Proven leadership and experience building high-performing teams.
• A problem-solving mindset and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
• Fluency in English (FAA requirement) and a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with everyone from suppliers to senior leadership.
