Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in driving standard S&OP (Sales, Operations, and Planning) processes, supply chain strategies, cost containment, and enhancing material and supplier performance. This position holds direct organizational responsibility for all facets of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and meet organizational goals.
• Ensure supply chain processes achieve the highest levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Lead supplier development initiatives and oversee commodity strategy, including managing Terms and Conditions, and supporting negotiations for LTAs.
• Manage supplier relationships and optimize material acquisition to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee master scheduling and production control processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations, encompassing demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and materials readiness.
• Collaborate with SBU and operations center leadership to continuously assess operational plans and drive business improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management within Aerospace and/or Defense industries. Candidate must have experience leading an aerospace structural manufacturing purchasing team. This is a Must Have!
• Experience in managing electrical components manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in leading and developing teams.
