Description
Our client is replacing their current supply chain planning software with Blue Yonder. This is a technologist that will work with the Blue Yonder implementation team and then be the SME for our client following the implementation. This person will work as our clients voice on the implementation in conjunction with the Project Manager. Future state, this person will also be working with the business to gather requirements for additional functionalities, keep the business updated as to various upgrades and general health and wellness of the software.
Our client is using SAP ECC as the connector with Blue Yonder. They have 2 instances of Blue Yonder throughout their environment, both for smaller business units, but this will be for their largest business unit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate between business users, internal technical team, and Blue Yonder support to maintain and configure Blue Yonder system in areas of master data, business-specific parameters, system functionality, and continuous improvement projects.
• Optimize business processes through continuous involvement with business users analyzing purchasing processes to identify trends and patterns
• Recommend solutions to improve processes of Blue.
• Participate with and lead teams, when necessary, on change requests or continuous improvement projects.
• Develop process and system documentation and training of Blue Yonder supply chain processes.
• Create and implement test scripts, ensuring the consistent alignment of Blue Yonder ESP software with established business objectives.
• Regularly monitor data file transfers between SAP ERP and Blue Yonder system. Coordinate efforts when file transfers have failed to work toward issue resolution.
• Trouble shoot process interruptions and involve the right team members to ensure minimal business interruptions.
• Use Data Access Service (DAS) platform within the Blue Yonder environment to create, and/or assist in creating reports in BI platform or Data Warehouse Platform.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience and proficiency with the Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software suite, specifically, Demand, Demand 360, and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).
• Proven experience in configuring and implementing Blue Yonder supply chain solutions within fast-paced businesses.
• Working knowledge in demand planning processes, statistical forecasting models, and inventory replenishment techniques.
• Good knowledge of platform data (PDC) service understanding various inbound data coming from source system (SAP ERP) and outbound data sent to SAP ERP (validation rules, data flows and consumed to downstream apps).
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• High level understanding of PDC, SCPO, Platform, SRE and Control M server processes.
• Minimum 5+ years of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Processes.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information Systems, or a related field.
• Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning Certification is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00
