Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Titusville, NJ is currently looking for an Supply Chain Analyst to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst / Pharma Industry / Hybrid Work
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Titusville, NJ
Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Job Description:
Senior Planning Associate - External Supply
Notes:
Role will be Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Travel may not be necessary, it is usually for a team building event that takes place once a year
Title is Senior Planning on Associate
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Must have experience with Supplier Forecasting with external suppliers
Will be supporting a new product launch, and some other existing products
MUST have Supply Chain Planning experience
Must have experience with SAP and Excel
Should have an "end-to-end " mindset
Will help with metrics, assisting with consolidating monthly analytical metrics
Must have an Analytical mindset
Must have 3 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inventory movement transactions of finish goods, bulk, intermediates, API or Packaging Components across multiple SAP Platforms, to support inventory accuracy for MPC Cycles of new products.
Lead improvement projects or participate in IMT or critical issue discussions
Participates in Cross-Functional meetings to support new product introduction requirements and supply chain related activities such as BST's for financial flows, purchase orders for trials PPQs and other supply chain related activities to support new product introductions, line extensions transfers or product extensions.
Track and report OTIF, SLOB, Inventory targets, Demand Order Coverage, STEM Adherence, stock outs, and on-time launch metrics in support of External Planning team
Assess and develop enhanced analytical capabilities to streamlined metric reporting
Collaborate with E2E-planners, master data team, Partnership & External Supply (PES), Finance, Procurement, AP, QA/QC, Value Stream Lead (VSL), Launch Management, Inventory Management, and IT
Support S&OP and business plan teams • Support execution of supply plans in support of new launches
Ensure processes and systems are in place to support the new product launches
Serve as a role model for Credo based decision-making and represent External Planning on Global Planning and cross team initiatives
Qualifications: Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's/University Degree required
Skills: Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Planning, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related function
Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel with strong analytical and quantitative skills, including ability to create V-Lookups and Pivot Tables; ability to draw insights with data
Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation, and partnership and collaborate/communicate across teams cross-functionally to achieve process and performance excellence
Ability to identify and implement process improvements (business process, analytical processes, etc)
Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends and ability to derive business insights
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and work in across teams where priorities change rapidly and require delivering results against tight deadlines
Preferred:
Experience with one or more of the following processes: analytical tools, scenario analysis, sales and operations planning, and/or Planning Systems (APO/OMP/SAP)
Industry experience in Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical Other:
Requires fluency in English (oral and written)
Requires the ability and flexibility to accommodate US, EMEA, and APAC work schedules when needed
Requires ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
