Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain such as Inventory Control, Logistics, or Planning.
- 5+ years of experience with ERP systems/Oracle, Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience working with 3rd party partners, IT technical personnel, and in projects while meeting corporate goals and initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively, lead meetings, and work with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- Analytical skills with strategic mindset, capacity to develop solutions to complex problems.
- High level communication skills with strong attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to maintain priorities and deadlines in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Team player with ability to work with other teams to resolve complex issues, ability to thrive in cross-functional environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Demonstrated achievements in continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to influence and gain consensus across the organization is critical.
