Job Description: Supply Chain Data Specialist

We’re searching for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take on a key role in managing and updating critical supply chain data. If you’re a problem-solver with a knack for Excel and a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you!
Your Must-Have Skills:
- Data Entry Pro: At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry roles with proven accuracy.
- Microsoft Office Guru: Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Independent Thinker: Ability to work autonomously and deliver results without close supervision.
- Eagle Eye for Details: Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless data accuracy.
- Communication Rockstar: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for seamless collaboration.
Preferred Bonus Points:
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ECC systems.
- A track record of building solid relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Tech You’ll Use:
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- SAP/ECC and internal pricing databases (don’t worry, we’ll help you get up to speed if needed).
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Data: Enter, update, and maintain pricing data from spreadsheets into the SAP/ECC system with precision.
- Be the Link: Work with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure pricing updates are completed smoothly and on time.
- Solve Problems: Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies like a pro, collaborating with suppliers and accounts payable.
- Keep Things Running: Process monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc pricing updates aligned with business processes.
- Stay Organized: Manage and update Purchase Information Records (PIRs) in SAP.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility for early or late arrivals.
