Title: Supply Chain Analyst I
Location: Racine, WI
Duration: 3+ Months
Hours: Monday - Friday (9-3 mandatory with flexibility with arrival and departure)
Description
This is a strong data entry role within Supply Chain unit, contractor will mainly be responsible for entering pricing from a spreadsheet over to SAP/ECC program/modules.
Additional Duties Include:
Execute timely pricing updates by working with external manufacturers and internal client departments
Utilize SAP and Price Database/Cost Cards to process pricing updates and maintenance with collaboration of cross functional partners
Process monthly, quarterly and ad hoc pricing updates based on direct material price adjustment in alignment with designated process
Resolve invoice related discrepancies with suppliers and A/P
Maintain SAP PIR - Purchase Information Record

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Math
Top 5 required skills:
1. 1-2 years in Data Entry Roles
2. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
3. Proven ability to work autonomously
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal
Technology Proficiencies:
Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Relationships with vendors
