Who You Are:We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our supply chain team. This person will be responsible for playing a support role in inventory management. We are looking for someone resourceful and efficient, with an aptitude for anticipating business needs and fulfilling them proactively - this person will help carry out the day-to-day operations and process optimization. This position requires strong attention to detail, action-oriented problem solving, planning skills and the aptitude to drive consistency and efficiency.
What You'll Do:- Own the management of transportation from ports and North American manufacturing plants to our warehouses and communicate with all relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate sample inventories and fulfillment for the company
- Create transactions to keep our ERP system up to date
- Support our demand and supply planner in reports for our inventory management and service meetings.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain 3rd party pallet account and inventory
- Responsible for transfers in our warehouse network to enable order fulfillment
- Resolve any inventory ,discrepancies, and holds with the warehouses
- Support the business through product change management to mitigate any potential obsolescence risk
- Strategize cross-departmentally on process improvement initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with 3rd
- Exceptional communication
- Integrity of the highest level
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to work self-sufficiently, with minimal oversight from management.
- Moderate-level experience using excel
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- CPG experience preferred
- Experience with EDI and ERP system preferred
- Critical for this role will be attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and the ability to adapt and respond appropriately to a constantly changing environment
Salary range: $65,000-$75,000
*Fully Remote*
