Supply Chain Analyst - US Tech Solutions

Duration: 11 months contract

Job Description:

· As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will be managing Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects at a time

Responsibilities:

· Executing Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches.

· Partnering with procurement and logistics teams for site health readiness.

· Communicating site health readiness to the customer.

· Resolving and troubleshooting customer ticket issues.

· Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference.

· Troubleshooting system deficiencies.

· Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs.

· Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference.

· Contributing to process improvements, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.

Skills:

· Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong Math, Logical, and Problem-Solving skills.

· Customer Communications Experience.

· Analyst work background or focus on higher education.

· Conceptual understanding of ERP systems, and configuration management.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
