Job Description:
Client is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Relay Product Excellence team as a Supply Chain Analyst. This position offers an exciting introduction to the Client Relay Marketplace and provides a training ground for success. You will primarily be responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals. You will utilize data and develop creative processes to improve your team’s performance. You will directly work with Product Management and Operations teams to develop scalable, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on teams related to Relay Marketplace Carrier Experience. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners and management. The candidate should have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation & management. The candidate should use data to drive their communication with stakeholders. The candidate should be able to resolve process issues with limited guidance.
As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will:
• Complete a variety of insight generation tasks to support the Account Enforcement processes, satisfying pre-defined SLA's.
• Work with individuals internally across client to procure necessary approvals, create and fulfil business requests.
• Apply business judgement to determine the severity and resolution path for independently identified issues.
• Proactively escalate areas for process improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, establishing standard operating procedures.
• Provide data-driven analytics and support to business partners in quantifying and resolving issues.
• Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills
• Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
• Experience working with large datasets.
