Supply Chain Administrative Assistant needed in Ventura, CA

Leading Manufacturing Company is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for a 6 month contract.

Pay Range is $20 - $25/hour

(4-10 schedule) 6am - 4:30pm Mon-Thurs, with occasional Friday (overtime)

Also Available

(Traditional Schedule) 7am - 3:30am Mon - Fri with occasional OT

Summary:

Responsible for providing support to the Supply Chain Department, following policies and procedures established by the Supply Chain Lead.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and clerical support for the Supply Chain Department
• PO data entry
• Ordering catalog commodities
• Purchase requisition orders
• Release production jobs

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma and at least 1-2 years' experience in an office environment
• Able to stay organized across multiple tasks and manage priorities
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Must be able to take direction well
• Must have an eagerness to learn
• Must be a team player
• 3-5 years of Microsoft office experience
• Displays a collaborative entrepreneurial spirit
