Supplier Management and Governance Specialist
Contract Type: 9-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Role Overview
Join a forward-thinking team to establish a Supplier Management Group, focusing on governance, process development, and supplier relationship management. This is a key role that bridges procurement and business needs while enhancing service level management processes.
Responsibilities
Supplier Management (50%)
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products in supplier governance.
Interpret contracts, track supplier performance, and ensure alignment with deliverables.
Address and resolve supplier relationship issues by collaborating with product owners and stakeholders.
Support strategic planning efforts, including roadmap development, pricing, and market positioning.
Partner with product owners to monitor lifecycle, mitigate risks, and enhance customer engagement.
Portfolio and Revenue Management (25%)
Analyze economic conditions and advise on potential impacts.
Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Product teams to validate and implement product health dashboards.
Support product stability by working with operations teams on escalation protocols and process improvements.
Operations and Process Development (25%)
Design and document vendor management workflows, frameworks, and tools.
Maintain the Payments Product SharePoint site and supplier billing initiatives.
Assist in departmental documentation, including process mapping and presentations.
Experience:
5-7 years in Treasury Management product experience, sourcing, or vendor management.
Proven expertise in supplier management or business analysis.
Familiarity with the sourcing RFx process and vendor governance.
Skills:
Process mapping, workflow design, and presentation creation (e.g., PowerPoint).
Proficiency in tools such as Jira for task tracking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
