Group/DivisionKLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Opportunity for high impact performer to develop, drive & enable critical global suppliers. High transparency role that regularly interacts with procurement, engineering, quality, and product teams. Position is based at our growing Headquarters-2 in Ann Arbor, MI. Join a growing strategic supply chain team that directly impacts change across our global supply base and within KLA!
Position will manage the end to end global supplier relationship with our most critical global direct materials suppliers.
Implement the aligned global category strategy with the assigned suppliers.
Develop and negotiate RFQ/RFP within the supply base.
Drive negotiation & contract process with assigned suppliers and relevant internal global customers.
Lead the supplier performance process and coordinate quarterly business reviews with the executive team.
Drive continuous improvement at supplier to improve processes and reduce cost.
Identify supplier risk and work with assigned suppliers to develop global multi-functional mitigation plans to ensure supply chain resiliency.
Lead cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to ensure the timely achievement of category breakthroughs specific to the assigned supply base.
Program run critical assignments that are directly tied to key Global Operations strategic plans. Customers may be internal and/or external.
Ability to perform technical analysis required to support global capacity assessments, forecasting improvements & supplier financial status
