Duties
As a Supervisory Program Analyst, your typical work assignments may include:Decipher and reference pertinent legislative history, related court decisions, state and local laws, or policy initiatives of agency management in a specialized area.Strategic planning, the federal and agency budget process, resource management, security, facility, and personnel policies and procedures.Instruct interpersonal relations practices to advise other specialists in and outside the agency, as well as higher leadership, on issues of developing, communicating, or enhancing program matters. Lead a team of employees through program and project management by improving the quality of overall work, managing timelines, and mitigating project risks.Determine program intent, policy, and regulatory guidance for use of technology and equipment throughout the agency.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentU.S. Citizenship is required.Selective Service: Males born after 12/31/59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service (see

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.Qualifying experience must demonstrate the following:1) Provides input relating to capital asset planning and performing information technology investment program and project management; 2) Provides staff, supervisors, and higher leadership with advice regarding policies, procedures and guidelines; and 3) Manages and identifies areas of the organizational change required to achieve goals, outcomes and objectives, and maintains the tablets of organization and functional statements for the program.
