About the Job
Transmission Learning & Development is growing! We're currently looking for a learning and development professional to supervise our departmental training group. In this new role you will manage the daily activities of a small group of learning specialists passionate about understanding the training needs of our various departments and building learning solutions to meet those needs. Our ideal teammate has experience designing and building training programs and understands the value and importance of program evaluation and measurement.
You will be trusted to: - Provide direction and leadership to your staff. |
You qualify with: - Nine or more years of experience in companywide and/or operational training and development programs or relevant experience, including three years of leadership responsibility. You are a great fit with: - Experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs |
