Job Description

As the Facilities Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our facility's production processes and scheduling to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments to meet production targets and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation and execution of Operations & Maintenance Division production schedules in accordance with vision, mission, and goals while optimizing resource utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand production requirements and priorities and adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes and minimize downtime.
- Ensure the timely delivery of products and services while maintaining a high-level facility and system readiness as well as customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of project managers, scheduling staff, and maintenance system administrators.
- Collaborate various department including Engineering, Construction, Director Management Office, and Program Subcontractor Support to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance work.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in production and schedule management in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and production scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
