Job DescriptionAs a Retail Supervisor, you will provide leadership, direction, and resources to manage retail stores, daily operations, and special projects in the theme park.
- Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales results.
- Ensure proper discounts are applied, and clearance items are marked correctly to meet inventory goals.
- Be familiar with daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end sales goals and ensure they are met.
- Minimize financial losses by maintaining compliance with internal, external, and Loss Prevention standards.
- Maximize guest service through effective scheduling and ensure compliance with guest service standards, including greetings and positive interactions.
- Develop and maintain project labor budgets, assist with operating budgets, and adjust operations to control costs.
- Manage team member performance through coaching and counseling.
- Maintain training programs on guest engagement, product knowledge, sales skills, store operations, and safety.
- Lead workforce planning, reward and recognition initiatives, employee events, and action planning for employee satisfaction.
- Ensure the store environment is professional and upholds high-quality standards. Maintain housekeeping and shop-keeping standards.
- Collaborate with Senior Management and the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure merchandise replenishment aligns with the product vision.
- Implement merchandise presentation standards to maximize sales potential.
- Provide input to distributors on merchandise assortments and inventory levels.
- Share insights with Senior Management to develop and refine the merchandise strategy.
- Ensure merchandise clarity and consistency to highlight and maximize sales potential.
- Maintain store signage kits and standards.
- Share information with peers to build camaraderie
- Provide support for special events and projects, venue supervision, etc.
Basic Requirements:
- 2+ years of Retail management experience, including managing a team of 20+ employees.
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk/travel to multiple venues throughout the day.
- Focused on providing excellent guest service
- Strong administrative, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Desired Characteristics:
- Self-starter and motivated
- Ability multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Experience in Point Of Sale (POS) and Inventory Systems
- Able to create and deliver presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience in creating and managing sales budgets, including revenue, cost of goods, labor, etc.
Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range: $25.00-$28.00
