Supervisor, Rehabilitation Services - CORPORATE

Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and staff of Rehabilitation Services including the monitoring/administering of patient evaluations and quality of care in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a physician or other State authorized practitioner.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervises, hires, trains, disciplines and evaluates the performance of staff. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinates patient scheduling.
• Participates in the development and implementation of pertinent policies and procedures.
• Participates in the development of the annual operating budget.
• Supervises quality assurance activities and maintains related documentation.
• Ensures the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Performs related duties, as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, required. Master’s/Doctorate Degree, preferred.
• 
  OR
Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, required.
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist in the State of New York.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in related discipline including one (1) year supervisory or lead experience, required.
