Qualifications and Experience Education/Degree Required · Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Preferred · Master’s Degree preferred. Experience Required · Minimum two years of diverse and well rounded clinical experience is required. Preferred · Prior management or supervisory experience preferred. Licensure Required · Current licensure from Massachusetts Board of Registration as Registered Nurse. Preferred Skills (Specific learned activity gained through training (e.g. computer skills, keyboarding, presentation, CPR, ACLS, etc.) Required · Computer proficiency required. Microsoft office applications preferred with ability to learn new software. As a Registered Nurse Sub acute Supervisor at Mass General Brigham, you will coordinate all services within the facility during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications - Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Nursing or related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. - Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic work setting. - Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software. Environment - This position requires working night shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients.
