Job Overview:

The Supervisor of our Central Monitoring Unit reports to theDepartment Director or the Department Manager of the Department.This person will carryout supervisory responsibilities in accordance with theorganization’s policies and procedures.Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraisingperformance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in coordination with theDepartment Manager.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:

• Basic Life Support: Health Care Provider, within six months of hire.
• Completion of a high school education or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Previous monitor tech experience desired
