We have teamed up with a leading engineering firm who have a workshop in Lynchburg and looking for a supervisor to help manage a large team. The candidate will need to come from a fabrication or welding background.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect tools and equipment and coordinate with Maintenance personnel.
- Plan and coordinate all materials.
- Ensure employees are properly trained in quality standards and procedures.
- plan for efficient shop operations that day
- Train and develop employees.
- Coordinate with Shop Supervisor, Quality Control
Experience Needed
- 5 years' experience fabricating or welding.
- 2 years' experience in a team's leader or supervisor role
