As the iTero Inside Sales Team Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team of 8+ Inside Sales Representatives focused on prospecting, partnering with sales, and converting customers into iTero users. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the team's performance, develop strategies to enhance output, and ensure all goals are met. Responsibilities would include Team leadership, Sales Strategy and execution, prospecting and partnering, customer conversion, and performance management and reporting. The ideal candidate can foster a strong sales culture designed to reward results. In this role, you will…
- Lead and motivate a team of 8+ Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure the team's professional development and success.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive iTero sales growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align inside sales efforts with broader sales strategies and objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Oversee the prospecting efforts of the inside sales team to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and external partners, to drive customer conversions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Work closely with Inside Sales Representatives to develop effective sales pitches and presentations to convert prospects into iTero customers.
- Provide guidance on negotiation strategies to maximize conversion rates and deal profitability.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the sales process.
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the inside sales team and monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior leadership.
In this role, you’ll need …
- College Graduate (BA/BS) required.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales role, prior leadership experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Leadership qualities including coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills, business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting)
This is a hybrid role based out of the Raleigh, NC office. This position requires in-office attendance Tuesday-Thursday (8 am-5 pm).
