Job Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the eServices Software Training group. Ensure timely and effective customer service expectations are met and/or exceeded at all times. Work toward and assist in the achievement of individual, team, and department goals.
What you will do- Manage the daily tasks of the eServices Trainers
- Coordinate PTO requests across the team to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Train new employees on roles and responsibilities of the eServices Trainer position
- Work with Training Manager to improve team processes and protocols
- Provide input on curriculum improvement
- Work on several different software platforms to retrieve customer data for monitoring
- Retrieve data for monthly reports
- Work with Implementation team members to coordinate Core and eServices training sessions
- Work with Support team members to resolve technical issues for customers
- Communicate with eServices Team Leader on complex technical issues for customers
- Provide reports for team members to contact customers who have stopped or reduced their usage of eServices such as Eclaims, Quickbill, and Communication Manager
- Work directly with development team to provide SME analysis on proposed features and services
- Facilitate live customer webinars on specific services
- Work with Saves team to retain existing customer on services
- Work with Escalation Management Team to resolve customer’s complaints
- Present seminars at high profile customer events such as Business of Dentistry
- Represent eServices in HSPS’s booth at state and national trade shows
- Present at events such as Business of Dentistry, tradeshows, or Insight seminars.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
- Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Must have:
- Typically 7 or more years of increasingly responsible related support experience; 3 or more years of management experience.
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
- Practice management software and services including Henry Schein solutions experience
- Professional training experience
- Dental industry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Strong management skills and ability to retain, motivate and develop team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
- Understand applicable computer systems and other business required competencies
- Understand financial information that impacts department
- Ability to coordinate successful projects, manage risks, costs, time and project teams
- Good planning and organizational skills and techniques
- Communicate effectively with team(s)
The posted range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 10% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
