Supervisor - Florence, KY - TalentLogistiX

Talent Logistix is looking for dedicated Supervisor for a large manufacturing facility to work in the Quality Inspection department. The Supervisor will be responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations and general supervision.

Supervisor travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.

Schedule: 3rd shift- 6: 00 pm - 6: 00 am ( 2 days on 2 days off schedule) for the first project in Florence. After that schedule with vary as needed.

*Must be open to multipe shifts and travel between job sites in the market.*

Pay Rate: $20 hourly then gets bumped to $21 after temp period

Location: Florence, KY

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

• Coordinates with operations to determine daily status of ongoing projects and reassigns as requirements change
• Develops and analyzes necessary reports as required by customers
• Supervises scheduling team
• Completes required training classes
• Adheres to quality compliance requirements
• All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• High school diploma
• 1-2 Years of manufacturing, quality or administrative related experience preferred
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
• Previous experience in scheduling contingent and full-time workforce
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of basic mathematics
• Available to work assigned hours based on business needs
• For internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action)
