Job Summary
Responsible for providing effective customer service and achieve customer satisfaction by delivering services in a professional, courteous, and timely manner for our Base Operations Support Contract. The Fire safety supervisor is responsible for the reporting, inspecting, permitting and recordkeeping at each NCW site as required by federal, state, and local environmental regulations and will also assist the site ESOH manager in safety related activities as needed.
Primary Duties

Implements and manages Government customer and ServiceSource employee environmental safety occupational health (ESOH) program support in accordance with performance work statement.
Oversees the development and performance of all ESOH training programs, curriculums, and schedules for Government customer and ServiceSource employees in compliance with base operating support contract (BOSC).
Manages Accident, Fire, and Incident investigations program, conducts investigations, authors reports, and maintains records.
Lead safety facilities coordinator support to Emergency Response Team and audit S&H programs for compliance, reporting findings to ESOH manager.
Develops and manages BOSC fire safety and technical services program.
Additional Responsibilities
Supervises Safety Facilities Coordinators.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) with respect to Fire Protection and Life Safety at design meetings and on-site construction meetings.
Provide in house design support and guidance to Facilities Engineering for life safety and means of egress systems, fire control and suppression systems, fire detection and alarm systems. Reviews architectural, electrical, and mechanical floor plans utilizing various NFPA and IBC codes and standards.
Performs records management and reporting for assigned ESOH program services.
Manages all aspects of fire extinguisher, automated external defibrillator, and Evacutrac inspection, maintenance, and repair program.
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)
BS/BA Degree in Safety & Health, Occupational Safety, Fire Protection, engineering, or related field required.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is a plus.
7+ years in facilities, construction, or fire protection technical services industry.
3+ year supervisory experience.
Safety training program management experience is a plus.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Expert knowledge of OSHA VPP, ISO, or other ESOH management systems.
