We’re looking for an amazing Dance Project Supervisor to fill this role, which is based in our Santa Clarita dance studio. This is an in office position based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for the supervising, teaching, directing, and installation of all cast members for their assigned vessels. Supervises daily scheduling for training and coordinates all cast install schedules. Mentors cast members talent and provides guidance in protocols and expectations both shoreside and onboard. Conducts shoe fittings and distribution of consumables. Consistently displays cost saving approaches in the ordering and distribution of consumable items, travel logistics and accommodations. Participates in the management of the warehouse and inventory audits. Embraces an inclusive and diverse culture, instills our Shared Purpose, Core Values and CRUISE service essentials.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for supervising, teaching, and installation of all cast members for their assigned vessels. Displays and in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of the production shows.
- Create daily training schedules and coordinates all cast installs with onboard management.
- Mentor cast talent and provides guidance in protocols and expectations both shoreside and onboard. Possess a clear understanding of onboard theatre safety measures.
- Participate in shoe fittings and the distribution of consumables, warehouse inventory and management.
- Ensure all shoreside cast visa compliancy and supports all medical, documentation, and payroll issues.
- Consistently displays cost saving approaches in the ordering and distribution of consumable items, travel logistics and accommodations.
- Accountable for the archiving of show reference materials and distributes all learning materials as required.
- Monitor in collaboration with the Assistant and Cast Manager all onboard dressing room inventory and ordering of costume replacements and consumable items.
- Excel in the physical demonstration of choreography and acting direction in alignment with the director/choreographer’s vision.
- Effectively assigns talent into their individual roles for each production shows and events.
- Oversee the onboard costume fittings and monitors the progress of the contracted seamstresses.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Dance/Theater Major or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in cruise or live entertainment industry.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience as a professional dancer.
- Minimum 1 years Cast Manager experience
- Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications.
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of all show knowledge. To include all technical, choreographic and direction elements.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations with effective written and oral communications skills.
- Proven teaching, directing, and staging abilities.
- Proven people management skill set

- Up to 50% Domestic and International travel on a reoccurring basis.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
This is an in office position based in our Fort Lauderdale office.

- Base Salary Range: $63,000.00 to $85,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
