Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Supervisor, Cycle Counting in Florence, NJ.
Hours for this role are 7:30AM - 4:30PM
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will supervise the Cycle Count team in assisting the warehouse in maintaining inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead a team of 12 employees(FTE & contractors) in conducting daily cycle counts on equipment, ensuring accurate entry and updates in SAP
- Partner with warehouse leadership in determining root cause for incorrect product placement and helping to determine counter measures.
- Implement processes and tools to improve overall inventory locations.
- Serve as a point of contact for warehouse staff when equipment is missing or misplaced
- Review and approve timecard/timesheets for employees and hold them accountable for the hours worked
- Develop standards for the cycle count team performance and track on a regular basis.
- Help maintain 5S standards throughout the warehouse by reporting issues to management.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting of inventory accuracy to leadership.
- Ensure cycle count team adheres to ABC counts, audits/requests.
- Direct team in locating missing units for urgent orders as requested from warehouse office.
- Responsible for managing/leading physical inventory counts for the entire warehouse as needed.
- Assist with rework projects, ensuring that products are moved to and from rework locations efficiently.
- Partner with HR on hiring and termination processes for personnel in the cycle count team.
- Set goals for the team within the IPM system for Mitsubishi employees, establish overall goals for contract workers and conduct performance reviews.
- Stock type requests and issues
- Assist with move sheet discrepancies. & escalate serial discrepancies.
- Proficient in EWM/S4 and resolving issues
- Oversee Quality Assurance & Damages projects and process
- Assist with Returns and customer issues.
- Work with each department to help maintain proper put away and picking of models are done correct.
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5 + years of warehouse experience.
- 2+ years of supervisor experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- General computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook).
- SAP experience, RF experience
- Forklift operation experience required

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $25 and $34.38 per hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
